Hi Rosebud, I am sorry the cisplatin isnt agreeing with you, I have not hear of the alimta but I wish you the best with it. Hopefully someone will read your post and be able to help you further, You can also ring the Ovacome nurse on the site and she may have some information on it. I wish you the very best

Hello. Sorry Cisplatin is no good for you. It was awful for me, 8 days mostly in bed after each dose and very shaky as I came off the steroids, but I wasn't sick due to emend. I had 6 doses but it didn't work anyway so I'm on weekly taxol now. I haven't heard of alimta. I hope it works for you and the side effects aren't too bad. Lx
