I know this may sound daft , especially as I've apparently had this procedure, but what exactly does TAH BSO mean ?? 😳

Hi Jackie. Its : Total abdominal hysterectomy bilateral salpingo oophorectomy (TAHBSO) is the removal of entire uterus, the ovaries, fallopian tubes and the cervix. Kathy x
