Hi ladies! sorry for not being too active in here, I am already back full time at work so I don't have too much time.
Do you guys happen to know someone who had no recurrence of OCCC? I am feeling so down today, I just had my 3rd chemo and started getting horrible joint pains 😭
take care!

Hi, I'm a relatively newbie with my clear cell diagnosis in March this year, finished Carbo/taxol at the very end of July and my post chemo scan dated 26/8 did give me a NED. If you get no replies on here then I suggest you have a look at the site Inspire.com. I know that there is an ovarian cancer forum (I post there too) and there are quite a few ladies with clear cell at all stages so you will no doubt get a more informed reply and also speak with ladies who have been NED for a lot longer.
Sorry that you are feeling so down, it's a horrible feeling when you feel like that and no one can make you feel better at that time. Sending you big virtual hugs and lots of positive thoughts.
thank you so much, I can't help but think It'll come back, I'm halfway finished with chemo and looking forward to getting better. It's just that It's very scary, I've been diagnosed July but symptoms started February, my doctor said It's "probably" not cancer, and won't give me ct scans till I ended up in ER where they diagnosed it's really is cancer. We could've caught it sooner too! if he just listened. sorry to vent, Thank you so much! I'll check that website out ❤️
I too have only recently being diagnosed with clear cell... I've just finished chemo and I'm hopeful that it has worked ❤️ All the best with the rest of your treatment all we can do is stay positive 😃
