It's Gynaelogical Cancer Awareness Month in the UK in September, but I don't think specifically wear teal.

As far as I know, Ovarian awareness is in March. Xx

September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness month in the US and on the First Friday of the month Sept. 2nd you are asked to wear teal that day wherever you go or whatever you're doing. It's to spread the word about this insidious disease and to be aware of the early symptoms of ovarian cancer. I say join us. It unfortunately is a world wide problem.
