Had my 3 month outpatient appt today with results of scan and all stayed the same. Think I need to take a positive action before the next appt in November - views please on The Rainbow Diet - is anyone following it ? is it hard to fit in to daily life etc ? does it work ?
thank you

Hi Bev. I'm really pleased that things are stable from your scan results. I can't offer any advice on the rainbow diet personally, but I'm sure someone on this site will be able to help you. Take care. Ali xx
I wondered if I should try something like this after chemo but happened to attend a talk by one of the dietitians at the hospital around the same time. She said that having a good range of fruit veg protein and carbs is best... By all means make it rainbow if you want but a good balanced diet is best.
Seemed reasonable to me and I've followed it mostly since but without being over strict.
Hi Bev, great news re: the scan 😀👍🏻CSI pleased for you!
I've not heard of the rainbow diet but I'm sure you can't do any better than listening to what your body needs & nourish it with a well balanced diet (more alkaline than acidic).
I know there's a wealth of info out there so take your time with it all 😋
