I recieved the sad news today that Lovis passed away peacefully last night.
She had been in a hospice since the end of December.
I feel privaliged to have known and met her, she was always so positive and upbeat.
Another lovely lady taken far too soon.
May she rest in peace.

So sad to hear this. I never met Lovis but remember her posts well. Her photographs suggested a sunny personality and the one of her with her cold cap on - never the best look - showed a woman with a sense of humour. She inspired me to give it a try and I was glad I followed her example. My sincere sympathies to her family.

Met Lovis on several occasions over the past couple of years. A bright bubbly character and we got on, even though I'm 6' tall and she wasn't!
Always a good supportive ear, happy to give advice and strongly supported by her husband Simon.
