Music is such a good retreat on a day when things are tough but it is classical music which does this for me but I bet you had a wonderful time. Avis

Hi D,

Music is the bet tonic and I would love to see her! I go to a lot of concerts and am going to see Simply Red again, end of April and Shalimar. Most artists have at least a song that brings on the tears, so always go well equipped!

Glad you had a brilliant time, it's always the way to end a bout of chemo or raise your mood

Carole xx

That was a lovely treat to get yes Music lifts us up and it is good for us too, I missed choir last Weds as my cousin treated me to a ticket for Albert Hammond. I can hear ye asking who is Albert Hammond. Well I wasnt too sure either. He is a singer songwriter who wrote songs for our Irish Joe Dolan, and Johnny Cash and many more. He wrote Little Arrows. Now the age is showing I better shut up. Anyhow it was a very entertaining night too, he didnt take a break, He was born in England and moved to Malta with his family when little, then back to Uk on to USA. I bet Adele is magic though and it was fairly hard to get tickets also. So you were indeed lucky
