A few months ago we invited anyone between 18-45 who has ovarian cancer to take part in a survey about fertility issues. This was being undertaken by a Phd student in Scotland and had been approved by all the relevant authorities. The study is still open if you are interested - more information can be found at

An amended study has been launched this month which involves telephone interviews with women who were diagnosed with gynaecological or breast cancer at the age 18-45 and would be within 5 years post treatment at the time of the interview. It is looking at treatment related decision making not only in the context of fertility but also how younger women make their decisions related to cancer treatment This study has been approved by the relevant authorities More information can be found at bit.ly/10mviWn. Women who have already taken part in the original study can take part in this amended version
