Nursing in Practice Birmingham

Ovacome has a stand at the Nursing in Practice event at the NEC Birmingham where we help raise awareness of ovarian cancer among nurses. We have done it for many years at several different venues and it has always been a very worthwhile exercise. Is anyone in the Birmingham area interested in coming for all or part of the day to help on Wednesday 19th November. Sorry not in the mainland but what a great thing to do. A nurse from the hospital I worked in was diagnosed at the same time as me abd she told me she knew nothing about Ov cancer prior to her diagnosis. It made me wonder if they are taught anything about it at all in their training. Keep up the good work. Ann x
