Just had second CT scan

Just had my second Ct scan had have an appointment for the oncologist on the 9 of July ,last ca125 was 10.3 but feel so frightened,I hate these appointments and I hate this oncologist.Ann xx

Your ca125 is very good so that bodes well try not to be scared and ask if there is another onc. you can see its important you have faith in them.

That sounds like a good CA125 reading but it is also about physical symptoms as well. Very sorry that you are anxious but that is how I usually how I feel until I see which oncologist I am getting in my clinic which is run by a team. Glad to hear that you are getting a new oncologist soon. It is really important to have trust in the people around you and I have found that can sometimes that takes time to build.

Hi there, look you have a good base your 125 is normal. I also have a scan in July but wont get results until mid August as oncologist is away. My 125s were fairly okay two weeks ago so am hoping for the best in August. Of course we get worried when these scans and visits are looming you are not alone in this. I dont know either how I am going to cope waiting for 3 weeks for the results but will try and not freak but having said that, I could win a prize for worrying
