Hospital checkup found liver/galdbladder/or no pancreatitis-- dont know-no ulcer in stomoch-- pain stays there long time--loose motions- after many times motion pains reduces..any help ?

Hello, I used to get pain in my left shoulder when eating. I read somewhere that it's referred pain caused by something pressing on the diaphragm when your eat. Have you had a ct scan ?

no, but xray,ultrasound etc.. now prescription Sucrafate and Omeprezole (i am in USA)..started.. will see how it goes.. thanks for suggestion.

I've also had left shoulder and arm pain for the last few weeks, don't think it can be connected to O C, as it started about a week after my ca125 was taken and when I had results the following week was 14. Went to see gp and she said it was probably tendonitis or frozen shoulder, no mention of referred pain, only found out about that when I looked on the web. Still painful, but not as bad, I am however panicking a bit now after reading this!!

I didn't mean to panic you kaz. It could be trapped wind as apparently it can cause the same discomfort. Mine started about a year before I was diagnosed and although it was relieved with surgery I still get occasional discomfort. I had a ct scan a month ago and it was clear. Xx

Hi, Yes my pain seems to be coming from small intestine ulcers ? thats what Doc thinks..Prescribed with Sucrofate.. started and dont know but seems it help few hours..will keep finger crossed..
