Hi, from what I have read its pretty much the same as Taxol and is given if anyone has a reaction to the normal stuff. I assume you have previously tried Taxol and this Abraxane is being administered weekly being your 5th regimen. We too have had 5. Good luck with the current treatment. Rgds Paul and Sandra
