Useful info for cancer patients

I received this link from a member of a group that I have been attending, looking at issues surrounding cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. The group was working with the NHS in Essex and MacMillan, under the auspices of Essex Cancer Network (ECN) - now defunct, under re-organisation in the NHS.

I hope some of you find the link interesting and useful,

All the best

Hi Wendy

Thanks for this, really useful- it looks similar to the mental health model of recovery, it's interesting to see how the model fits in with physical health needs.
