Thanks for all your kind messages and support I went to the ong yesterday and he's told me to take tamaxifen until September to see if it is doing the job so I'm on wait and see hope you are all well xxx

Really hope it works for you. I've been taking Tamoxifen since January, and despite occasional worries about what it is/isn't doing, I'm enjoying feeling less like a patient and more like an ordinary person again.

I wish you well on the Tamoxifen I hope it works for you and will give you a break, best of luck with your appointment in September, Wait and watch isnt too bad, try and increase your green veggy intake and add ginger root to deserts by grating it, it can do no harm and maybe a bit of good
