Looking for a doc

I am looking for an osteoporosis doc in the Seattle area who is open to using nutrition and exercise before jumping into medications. Also want someone who monitors treatment with biomarkers - not just dexascan. And finally had good communication skills. Any suggestions welcome.

Good Luck! Been looking for one of those in Texas. Maybe a Natural Path type can be found, but some of those aren't as great as they claim to be. I had one really mess up my hormones, had to completely start over, and unfortunately had many spinal fractures when finding these problems. I've had zero luck finding one that will run the correct labs. They look at you like you are insane. Even the two I found that "lean" natural meds really have a push to the "correct" OP med you will need. Have you read Great Bones by R. Keith McCormick, DC? Very good book.

I would look at Dr Doug Lucas’s program. Optimal Bone Health. He is in NC, but he can help via telehealth. He has several YouTube videos, too
