Hi has anyone been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency and do you believe it has affected your osteoporosis Thanks

Hi I'm B12 deficient , I've never thought about any connection. I went to my go to site to see if there has been any testing to prove or disprove the idea.

When I was diagnosed w/ mild osteoporosis , a nutritional expert suggested I take B12. As I recall, it helps the body absorb more calcium.

Which supplement do you take? Some of the complex I have looked at appear to have very high amount of various b vitamins

The formula is Methyl B12 Plus - a dissolvable tablet by Douglas Laboratories. It contains 1000mcg of B12 w/ Folate as Metafolin -667 mcg. It is in lozenger form.
