Bone Health Guide by By Lani Simpson

In someone’s post this book was mentioned and I checked it out from my library. I loved it. The book has chapters on everything covered in this group’s posting on accurate bone density tests, understanding your test results, uses of various medications, supplements, diet, exercise and how to build healthy bones.

I just had this book which I checked out from the local library. She talks about the Low Intensity Vibration plates and mentions one called Juvent. I would really like to know if the current research on these plates supports using them. I have read mixed results and am aware that she (and other physicians) do not support Whole Body Vibration plates, but she supports the Low Intensity Vibration. Has anyone tried these?
