Is anyone aware of exercises that a neuromuscular therapist would suggest for osteoporosis? I read this therapy helps with postural changes.

That is a serendipitous question. ... I was just watching a short video by Lee Albert at Kripalu.
These are not specifically for osteoporosis. They are focused on back pain (and posture). But if you do them mindfully -- and pair them with the "bonesafe" tips in American Bone Health's Do It Right—Prevent Fractures, it should be a good mix.
Lee also has a couple of books and videos.
If anyone is interested in the "Do It Right -- and Prevent Fractures" publications, you can download them from this page: americanbonehealth.org/down...

Rebounding will help with your bones. A good small personal trampoline can be purchased for around $30. I do 30 minutes a night in front of my TV and sometimes twice daily. Just gently jumping up and down is low impact and helps stimulate bone production with no strain to your joints.
