Is it normal for your spine to be sore after the lat pulldown, rear delt fly, and life fitness row exercises, max weight 15 pounds? thank you

Can’t answer your questions but take a look at Margaret Martin’s book on Exercises for Bone Health - or her web site - she talks about what exercises you should do / avoid if you have osteoporosis. You might find the answer to your questions there.
