Suggestions for exercise. I attended Buff Bones when I was in CA but can’t seem to find a program like this near me?

I have found Sarah Purcell to be very knowledgeable. Sarah is a volunteer moderator providing exercise guidance with the National Osteoporosis Foundation. She has studied with the creator of Buff Bones I believe. Sarah had a variety of free videos to try in order to see if you are interested in her online classes. sarah-purcell.com/meet-sarah/

Many senior centers and community centers across the country offer the RSVP Bones Builders program. Bone Builders is taught by Lay Leaders and features balance exercises and weight/resistance training using [light] weights.

Look for an exercise program taught by someone who understands and has some training about osteoporosis-safe exercise. Ask a potential reacher what he/she knows.

Look at the Too Fit to Fracture program from Canada.

University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine has some good workouts online (une.edu/uxecel/athomeworkouts)
