I have insane acids, gut issues as well. I swallowed an active charcoal for my need of bathroom but it interfered with my acids and i p*cked. I'm really scared. Idk whether to eat or not and what to do. Also triggered. I can't sleep. Im scared of getting worse at night. I don't have access to a doctor nor to my parents. Im feeling too weak to shop food and meds. Since a few days, acids are killing me

I'm so sorry you are suffering. You need to get help immediately if you can't eat or get out to buy food.Can you access emergency services or mental health services for your anxiety?In the longer term, read Dr Jamie Kaufman's book Acid Reflux Diet. I was in crisis with severe Gerd to the extent my lungs were damaged. I was seriously ill for a long time.I followed a strict alkaline diet and after many months things improved and two years later I have a good quality of life.Get help.Hang on in there.Things can get better. Thanks. I can't access help. Mom's miserable and hasn't paid my health insurance, even if i had doctors and ER treat me terrible, dad hung thee phone because his kid started screaming. I beetter d1e here faster 😭
