Vibrating and fluttering help please

I've been experiencing filtering in chest middle and right side then it feels like it's vibrating it is like I'm shaking but when look nothing is morningIt goes into stomach and sometimes right foot

Anyone else get this? Please it's fed up with all this

The doctor told me that mine was causing palpitations because it was pushing against my heart. Calm any anxiety down and it will probably subside.
