Waking up at night with reflux. Having it when haven't eaten too

Idk whether it's anxiety, carbon in the water or my gastritis is having a flare up. I just know my acids are eating my stomach up. Wondering what to do. Note : I just graduated and i don't have health insurance now. I need something both effective and quick. Wondering what to get. Famotidine?

Famotidine is worth a try maybe. PPIs too.

You could try an H2 blocker such as you suggest or a PPI such as Omeprazole. The best thing would be to heal through changing your diet and lifestyle. You could read Dr.Jamie Kaufman's Acid Reflux Diet.She is a world renowned expert. Good luck.

STOP THE ANTI ACIDS, STOP THE PPI'S THE TUMS THE FAMOTIDINE ANYTHING STOP!!!!!! You got hearburn because your TOO low on acids... a stomach naturally is PH 1-3 as acid as it can get.. so then the question is, why do they sell anti acids??? Go watch Dr Berg on youtube, 11 millions of followers, he wiull guide you in the right direction, he will increase your stomach acid and you will be healed.. Hydrochloric acid, HCL.
