Hiatus Hernia and Gerd

I have had a hiatus hernia for many years under control with Pantoprazole I also think I suffer from Gerd. Lately tho had a funny tingly sensation in chest which is not there all the time went to Dr's who changed tablets to Lansoprazole which I think have helped but still have symptoms in chest not heart related sure its acid but cannot shift it. All blood tests came back fine. Anyone else have these symptoms?

Have the same so bad I was in A&E twice with stroke/ HAttack but Haiti's hernia is the cause I find it also gives me a headache over my temple when it's bad . Anybody had similar and any advice on relief?
