Constant thick saliva/mucus

So short of breath with it, it tastes foul and smells terrible!

I don't know if its GERD or something else. GP just says its all in my head.

Been suffering for 10+ years. I had a clear allergies test and 2 clear endoscopies. Saw several different GPs and i just get told its health anxiety or in my head. NHS has really failed me with this, it's destroyed my quality of life.
