bubbling in chest

Hey, I had a question have any of you experienced like a bubbling in your chest while eating? It was so weird I was eating pancakes and strawberries for breakfast and about half way through eating them I started feeling like a bubbling in my chest like it freaked me out because of how close it was to my heart. Never felt something like that before while eating didn’t really feel like heart palpitations. I’ve also had so many heart tests ran and the doctors said they were all normal I know I suffer from gerd stress and anxiety so idk. Just wondering if anyone else experienced something like this

It's very common to feel chest pains with Gerd, but its good you had cardio tests and ruled out any problems. Try some relaxation breathing/meditation before you eat. Eat small bites slowly, and don't drink anything until you finish eating. Stay away from caffeine for awhile. Good luck.
