Did you know that singing is proven to improve mood and support mother-baby bonding?

What mum and baby groups did you enjoy attending in the postnatal period and what would you recommend to other parents with new babies interested in groups?

Singing mama's is one programme offered in Norwich 😊

Hi, I mainly did baby massage in the post natal period. It was just quite gentle and relaxing and helped with tummy issues. I remember trying singing and swimming and baby signing but for us I found variable success rates. For me they were really good initially to meet other parents mainly and just have a different activity to go to. I also found some lovely sensory groups to help support some extra health issues we had. Overtime though, as we left the post natal stage it was good to have connections from those groups to a few other parents and little ones 🥰
