Has anyone out there ever been successful in contacting the Department for Work & Pensions??? I have tried numerous times to telephone them but just end up going round and round in circles.
I need to provide proof of entitlement for my son's Motability car and I cannot find any paperwork at home, so I thought I'd just give the DWP a call and ask them to send me something...what a joke!
I have Googled "how to email DWP re. Personal Independence Payments" and hit another brick wall.
So, I'm relying on you guys...any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I have tried that number, gone through all the different options (even chose a few I knew weren’t right just to try to speak to someone) but each time I get nowhere…some give me alternative number to call, someone said I need to speak to Mobility services, who in turn say I need to speak to PIP!! So frustrating, I only need something in writing to show my son receives higher rate for mobility so I can order his next vehicle.
Hello XEX416S , Have you contacted norfolksendiass.org.uk/, they are a wealth of knowledge and may be able to point you in the right direction. Best wishes. Rachel
