Can anyone recommend a sleep consultant or how to get my baby to sleep anywhere other than his pram during the day for naps?

Hi Sunnycat4 ,

How old is your baby?

We can offer some suggestions on here or you're welcome to call 0300 300 0123 and speak to one of the clinicians.

There is also some sleep advice at

justonenorfolk.nhs.uk/child...

He’s almost 7 months, I’ve spoken to the health visitor over the phone about his sleep and they aren’t helpful at all. So feel like sleep training is my only option

Hi Sunnycat4

I'm really sorry it the phone wasn't helpful.

Sleep is a such a tricky topic as there are so many factors which affect it. Especially for a baby under one.

Would you like to explain some of the things you have tried so far. It sounds like your little one finds movement soothing. Have you tried using a sling for naps so you can at least have your hands free.

We do not recommend any specific sleep consultants, but Sleep East offer sleep support and they may be able to help.
