Hello Tiredmummy1983 ,

Just wondered if you could tell me a little bit more about the issues you're experiencing. For example, is this a new problem, or has your child been experiencing this long term? Also is the difficulty with falling asleep, staying asleep or both?

If you would like to give Just One Number a call, we can chat it through or if you are happy to reply on here, we can make some suggestions.

Please see Just One Norfolk for Just One Number opening times.

Hope to speak with you soon and you get some more rest soon!

Best Wishes.

Rachel (Assistant Practitioner.)
