Hi folks!

Over the next few weeks we will be introducing some regular post series. Feel free to start your own or join in the discussion. On Tuesdays, we'll focus on #TuesdayTips and want to hear your best parenting hints.

Today's tip is:

If you're trying to encourage your child to eat, or eat more different foods use questions that they can't respond to by saying 'no'! You could try: What are you going to try next? What would you like with your toast this morning? Which fruit do you want to try?

Do you have any tips to help fussy eaters? Share your thoughts below!
