Hi folks!

Over the next few weeks we will be introducing some regular post series. Feel free to start your own or join in the discussion. On Tuesdays, we'll focus on #TuesdayTips and want to hear your best parenting hints.

Today's tip is:

If you're trying to encourage your child to eat, or eat more different foods use questions that they can't respond to by saying 'no'! You could try: What are you going to try next? What would you like with your toast this morning? Which fruit do you want to try?

I’d say be patient , it takes a lot of seeing, touching, talking about new foods before they might even be tried. Sometimes putting a new food alongside more familiar ones can help.
