FIT test results ? query

I think this probably should be posted to bowel cancer, but can anyone please advise on the result of a fit test

My result came back as normal with this < 4 ug Hb/g and I am uncertain as to whether this means there was a trace of blood detected. There was a note which said that under 10 ug Hb/g is unlikely to indicate bowel cancer, but I am still a little concerned as a home fit test, bought prior to this had a very very faint second line on the result,

Doctor said nothing further needed to be done.

I assume then that there is some kind of indicator as to the level of blood if there is any present? but more accurate when done by the NHS as there is none on the bought test.

I have had some piles, haemmorhoids and also on steroids and I wonder if some blood in urine may have mixed with the poo sample as is often to collect without this happening. ? How sensitive then are these home bought tests. ?
