I had my gallbladder out (gallstones) 10 years ago and for the first 5 or so years I had no problems whatsoever, life returned to normal. Then I started getting these weird night time vomiting events. Always seemed to be woken between 2 and 3am with a heavy pressure in my stomach/gut, not feeling nauseas but knowing I needed to be sick. Within half an hour or so I would be. These events happen periodically, shortest gap a couple of weeks, longest about 18 months. No pattern discernible and no food identified as a trigger. Has anyone else had this happen to them, or anything similar?
