Suffer from gastroporesis. Had a gpoem that took about 2 years to work. Now just maintaining weight through nutrition of high protein food. Lost 56 pounds initially which didn’t really hurt me as I need to any way. Also eat high calorie sweets as dietician said at my age won’t matter. Eat red meat here especially non gmo game meat like elk and bison as it has much more nutrients than regular red meats. Full fat dairy, avacodos, and believe me lots of eggs and green Chile, not jalapeños.

A gpoem is a minor surgery slicing the muscle of the lower sphincter of the stomach and intestines the surgeon inserts a laser into the lining and it opens the sphincter to allow food to pass easier
