If your doctor has checked you out and says you are clear i would not be spending time worrying about it.Sounds like you probably had a bit of irrational which caused a bit of blood.
Watch for new ongoing symptoms but sounds like you are one of the lucky ones!
There are multiple reasons totally unrelated to cancer for seeing blood in the stool.
Suggest you speak to your school Nurse, she will be best to direct you towards appropriate resources to help with unwarranted worry you may, just may have.
