Restech test or 24hr ph impedance test . Which would be best for lpr testing. I have been told conflicting advice so would like to know if anyone with lpr (silent reflux) has had either of these tests and which was more suitable form 1st hand experience?

Restech is US based company solution and may not necessarily be available on the NHS. There are private options available int he UK, if I read correctly.

NHS will do typical 24 hr ph monitoring, standard.

On the side note, if I were you I would just go for the first option available immediately at your local hospital, as the appointments are delayed for majorioty of people.

I had a 24 hour PH test recently. It’s vital for LPR to have a proximal probe as well as distal. I could see my LPR happening right before my eyes.
