Sooo tight when I eat

I have esophagitis and gastritis. When I now eat it gets soooo tight around my middle under ribs etc like someone has pumped up a balloon. It happens after I eat and is worse by night it is sooo uncomfortable I dont know which way to lie in bed. . It goes away in the night. I also get right shoulder pain which might be referred pain. Has anyone experienced this. I started a new antidepressant in April and it seems to have started from there but might be just a coincidence . Thankyou anyone
