Suggestions for CLEAR LIQUIDS

I'm gluten free, I use lactaid substitute for milk. No ice cream, upsets my stomach. Dairy free. Obviously with stomach problems trying to think of thinks for after stomach surgery to drink. PLEASE HELP. I have broth and carnation instant breakfast.

I use soya or almond milk on cerials and take tea and coffee black,tried non dairy cream etc but just not keen to be honest,however,had a little bit of normal ice cream last night,half an hour later I paid the price,immodium time again.

Lactaid milk tastes exactly like milk. Try it

I drink a pot of Pukka Cleanse tea, which is a combination of peppermint, fennel and nettle, every morning before breakfast. It works wonders in calming the stomach and helping to prevent reflux. I also drink copious amounts of green tea during the day, which aids digestion.
