You may find YouTube videos by Ali Greymond, John Glanvill and Katie D'Ath useful too. John also has a full video program available also via subscription on Patreon for c. £3 a month.
The OCD Workbook is also good
Best wishes

There are quite a few on the market! I have a few, and the ones I've been most helped by are Overcoming Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - it's in the excellent Overcoming series of self help book - and The OCD Workbook. They're both clear and use CBT techniques, with background information and exercises you can adapt to your own situation. They are also positive and encouraging.
I've also found Mind Over Mood a helpful one. It's not aimed at people with OCD alone, but it does give plenty of info and techniques you can use.
I've suggested another book on OCD to a few people, which I happened on the other day. It's called Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts by Sally M Winston. It's clear and accessibly written and I've found the bits I've read really helpful.
Thank you💗
