I just want to go back to normal before all this hit . I feel like am misleading my partner who I love dearly we are expecting a baby in 4 weeks . Can someone who has recovered from this help me please

I am feeling normal for the first time in years I take paroxetine for OCD and pregabalin for anxiety which I added this year medication is the only effective treatment for me and you need to see a psychiatrist to get the right dose as doctors are reluctant to increase doses and do not know enough to treat it hope that helps
