ocd of intrusive thoughts. can't stop them. i'm also having worse anxiety attacks. please help.

Hi sorry to hear this intrusive thoughts and panick attacks are awful .. I mainly struggle with intrusive thoughts . Have u seen your doc ? Do u take any medication or do u go without ? What type of intrusive thoughts are you having and do these result in your panic attacks ? X

Do get professional help if you are not already. The problem with intrusive thoughts is that our instinct is to push them away, but that can make them bombard you. The trick is to ignore them, and then they get fed up and leave you alone. Not easy, I know! Medication can help to damp down the worst of it, and CBT can help.
