Hi everyone! So I noticed a while ago that I almost never have ocd in my dreams. Like I never have ocd harm thoughts or anything in my dreams and I just go about whatever I’m doing as I would have before (thank goodness). I guess I was just kind of curious about other people’s experiences. Do you find that your ocd fears and topics carry over into your dreams? Or do they remind you of times when you weren’t battling this and give you kind of a break/ reality check? I thought this was strange and interesting.

Yes this happens to me to . At one point the only time I could escape my ocd thoughts was when I slept so I done alot of it ... now and then the intrusive thoughts can sneak into my dreams which makes me wake up even worse then normal xxx

Totally agree on this. It’s happens very rarely when I’m super worn out and I wake up feeling like crap. So glad my dreams are normal most of the time though (:
