I have horrible ocd, pure ocd, pocd, hocd and gay ocd, and intrusive thoughts and crazy insomnia... I need sleep...I am barely functioning, can anyone help?

Have you been to your GP? are you getting any help at all?stay positive and determined.YOU WILL WIN.
For the insomnia, there is not always an easy solution. Medication for it is only a temporary fix, but you may benefit from an antihistamine occasionally or maybe for a few days. Relaxation exercises can help but I know how hard it can be to relax if you have OCD. I don't know if you are already on antidepressants, but they can be a good way of taking off the worst of the OCD, while waiting for CBT. Even if you have to take them long term, if you have one that suits you, they are a great help. Do get a referral from your GP if you haven't already and try a self-help book meanwhile, such as Overcoming OCD. I know how vile insomnia can be, but getting into a routine before bed can help. Don't access social media in bed, or go on the computer or phone just before you try to go to sleep. A milky drink or a favourite book can help.
