Hi, it's hard to help people who Don't want or not ready for help. Log on to mind.co.UK. You can speak to someone who can advise relatives on how to get help.
If you're not from this country, then Google mental health charities in the country you live in and get in contact with them.
You are a good brother in the right place to help him. Be very patient with him. The questions and the accusing are familiar to me. He will need to visit a G.P if he hasn't already. If he has been, take him again.
Try not to feel hurt by him accusing you of stealing and try not to argue or say hurtful things to him that will make his symptoms worse.
My husband was very oppositional when he stopped taking his anti-depressants and very moody. You know the real him and that at the moment he needs your help.
