I seen this quote I love it!! its great knowing that people understand you. And your not the only one fighting OCD everyday is a battle. We know what it's like been tortured by are own minds. 💔 hate OCD!

it is nice to know others feel what you feel
It definitely is it can help that your not alone😊x
Even reading and writing about it makes it more real for me but it is undeniable.
I have had CBT before and it did not help completely, I had to change my job.
Now problems have returned and seem linked to other areas of life that cause anxiety to rocket like jobs and money.
