Im not sure what are the first steps to help him or even that the help I do give him is hindering rather than helping,, so where do I start. What am I supposed to accept as being just OCD symptoms and how to emotionally support him.. he gets emotionally drained every few days or so..can anyone advise their experiences and how they have coped. Many thanks

hi, educating yourself on this is truly an important key here, OCD-UK are a wonderrful charity run by OCD for sufferers themselves and for their family/carers (see website) also OCD Action(see website) is helpful too. You will play a vital role in helping your partner. Feel free to ask specific questions to me too, kind regards
