Xray notes report subcondral sclerosis in both hips, prior xrays noted same pain was due to SI joint arthritis that supposedly disappeared? Anyone have any thoughts on this? Can one radiologist interpret images differently than another?

Pain management says it is hip and SI joint. SI nerve block confirmed the diagnosis. I am waiting for authorization for a SI nerve ablation
