Well …. all the time!My prob has been diagnosed by a consultant as “generalised osteoarthritis” which I think says it all.

Treatment is exercise and pain relief.

Yes - it’s known as Polyarthritis here. Same old same old as far as dealing with the pain “gentle exercise”, pain relief tablets, lose weight, etc etc.

I have good days and bad days when I can hardly get up the stairs ! I have learned to rest on bad days and not try to do so much on good days, it is the only way!

Me too 😞. And agree with Pinklady45 that you have to learn how to stagger when you rest and when you try.
