Only help for a meniscus tear is surgery … it doesn’t grow back or repair its self … wish it did!

Wrong.... depends on severity of tear. There's people walking round with injured meniscus that are not even in pain. Physio is always first point of call if it's not severe.

Its not wrong meniscus tear do not repair themselves and yes some people can walk around without major issues but at some point the tear is going to get larger and arthritis will set in.
