I had difficulty responding to mail-so here-yes had DEXA bone density done. WHO definition you may know. T score -1.0 Normal, T score -1.0 to -2.4 Osteopenia, which I have. T score -2.5 Osteoporosis. My BMD is 0.777 gm/cm squared. Z score was -0.3 , T score was -2.3 consistent with osteopenia & low Vit D, .2 more and fully osteoporosis. In lumbar spine, left hip, that was 10/2019. That test states 10 year probability of major osteoporotic fracture hip- 12.9%, Hip 3.5%. MRI confirmed this with and without contrast. So, Degenerative most spondylosis L5 to S1. Trying to get as much Vit D, from a very good vitamin recommended by rheumatologist. I hope this clarifies your question. Wishing you the best
